We make it easy for you to cancel the automatic renewal on your account.
First you must login and go to your student page, select “account”, then “membership”, then click “cancel auto-renew”. If you paid via PayPal, you must go to their site and follow their instructions (Profile>My Money>My Pre-approved Payments>Find ArtistWorks>Cancel Profile).
Canceling the auto-renewal will not result in immediate loss of services. You will have access until the end of the billing period, after which time you will need to rejoin the school to get access again. Your profile information and content will be waiting for you if you decide to rejoin.Note that we have NOT canceled the auto renew on your behalf.
